PUPPY TRAINING
Training a puppy takes time, patience, and consistency.
Whether you'd like to attend puppy classes or have a more bespoke programme I can help you learn to understand how your puppy sees the world around them and help you become an awesome team.
A class environment isn't always the best fit for a puppy, and for this reason, I also provide a minimum of three bespoke training sessions tailored to you and your puppy in the comfort of your own home.
We'll look at how dogs learn, how to keep your dog motivated to learn as well as how to chill and settle. Key areas such as body language, interactions with other dogs and people will also be covered, as well as the best way to help and work with your dog when they hit adolescence.

CLASSES

Puppy Fundamentails
Puppy Classes are a great way for a puppy to learn a variety of behaviours, to help them grow into a confident happy pooch. They should also be fun, for both you and the puppy. That's why we keep classes small
What will they learn?
​
Recall: Games to make recall reliable and fun!
Positions – sit, down, stand using hand signals and verbal cues
Loose lead – no pulling!
Accepting handling (for vet or grooming)
‘Wait’ or ‘Stay’​
Stop play biting
Being sociable with humans, children, and other puppies
Greeting people without jumping up........and MUCH more!

Numbers are kept low to give you the best support for you and your pup. Puppy Level 1 Course is typically for puppies 5 months and younger.
